the floor i was on had no main lights. only dim table lamps where there. the room have no sockets for ironing or charging my phone. this was not helpful at all.

The reception team was very helpful. Mike assisted with various requests. Sadiq was also helpful and provided tips for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the cleanliness and the staff's accommodating nature. The hotel is close to the airport and the train station, convenient for business travel.

There was a minor issue, I found the furniture to be somewhat dated.

The room's decor seemed like a time capsule from a bygone era (think avocado green and shag carpets... just kidding, but it was dated). The furniture showed its age. My biggest gripe was the noise. It sounded like a herd of elephants practiced tap-dancing above my room all night. It was hard to get a good night's sleep.
